すてごちゃん:前編/Little Ecru:the first part ― 2004年07月24日
One Saturday,
I went to the park by train with my mom and dad.
“ How about to have a ice-cream bar? ”
Dad said to me.
I rather wanted to have triple scoop ice-cream at another shop ,
but I somehow could not ask.
“ You'd better sit over there when you eat ”
Mom told me. and I did.
“ Next time, I'll ask dad to have triple scoop ice-cream… ”
I though while I was eating.
When I finished to eat ice-cream,
Mom and dad were not around.

I told the policeman my house address,
and asks him to take home.
It was late at night,
but no lights on at our house.
“ Mom and dad are still looking fore me at the park.
I should have not come back alone ”
I thought.
But the house was unlocked,
and all belongings of mom and dad ware disappeared.
Only my belongings were there.
with a sheet of paper telling me to go to my uncle.
Mom, and dad.
both have someone to love for each
both have a baby for each
both device to live happily with new spouse and baby.

I always think about Emma at night.
“ Since you are not a baby any more,
you should choose one favorite toy from all ”
My favorite girl was of course, Emma.
But I could not leave all friends of mine.
However everyone was good. I left all friends of mine.

Uncle gives me some money for lunch on Sundays.
At the bakery nearby, I buy fruit Jam pastry.
I like the sweet smell of fresh baked bread.
On the second Sunday in May,
I got a red carnation from the bakery.
I could not refuse it.
I found the empty bottle
and pure water in the park,
left it by leaning on the wall of
someone's house and run away.

Pink's mom came to pick her up,
“ I don't want you to be with such a girl like her,
my little sweetie ”
She said, I overheard.

What I'd like to say most it
always what I should not say most.
I'd like to eat triple scoop ice-cream.
I'd like dad to come to meet me.
I'd like to spend time with Pink.
I'd like mom to write a letter to me
While I've been trying to be quiet,
BUt I could not give up to have a letter from mom.
She'll never come to meet me though.

Long time has passed.
….. About 30 years.
: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : :
I live happily after I grow up.
I work as a “ letter writer ”
‘ Letter on Mother's day to mom lives far away ’
‘ A than you letter to the customer's executive ’
‘ A Christmas card from parents to daughter onto seen for a while ’
Letters are needed everyday, but someone, somewhere
And many people who don't like to write a letter even the have to.
To children, to adults,
I carefully choose the simple words to convey the message onto using menu adjectives,
I'm writing letters from heart to heart every day.
I earn a living by writing letters to someone I don't know.
